Pork Roast Leg

What do you need
1
leg pork dripping
1/2 Cup water vegetables (your choice)
1 large table spoon flour
2 cups water
1 tbls soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste
How to do it
Place the leg of port with the rind on in a camp oven with some dripping and the water.
Keep the camp oven at a stady heat.
If the dripping gets too hot add a little more water, so that it has a steaming effect.
When cooked add what vegetables you wish.
Cook slowly, when ready take out meat and vegetables or leave them in the oven just keeping them warm.
If you have too much fat in the oven take some out to make a gravy.
Dust in the flour. Keep stirring all the time, if too thick add a little more water.
Then lastly add soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Total Cooking time - about 2 Hours
