Pineapple Rice & Ham Pocket

What do you need
3 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 tins crushed pineapple
2 spoons brown or white sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1 table spoon soy sauce
1 teas prepared mustard
250g sliced cooked ham
How to do it
Combine all ingredients together except for the ham.
Place the ham on pieces of foil and spread ingredients over each slice.
Cook in camp oven or on coals of fire for about 15 minutes.
