Meat Casserole

 

 


What do you need

500g meat (any meat can be used)

2 slices bacon 

1 onion 

2 tomatoes

2 dessertspoons peas 

1/4 litre stock or water 

1 stick celery 

1 carrot

1 level tablespoon flour 

salt and pepper to taste

 


How to do it

Cut meat into slices or pieces and dip into the seasoned flour. 

Peel and slice the vegetables. 

Place bacon in dish then half the vegetables, 

Add meat and rest of vegetables. 

Cook over slow fire for 2 hours.
